Policies
- Deposits: All deposits 50% unless on sale. All sales require full payment to book.
- Late Policy: 10-minute grace period allowed. After 10 minutes, there is a $20 late fee. Past 30 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically canceled.
- No Shows/Communication: After 3 instances of no communication, no show, or not holding your end, services will be terminated.
- Guest Policy: No extra guests if not being serviced. Children under 17 are NOT allowed to be left alone.
- Extra Fees: Any extra services not discussed such as smells, repairs, or gunk buildup will incur a $50 fee.
- Parking: Park in visitors’ parking. I am not responsible for towing.
